Meditation is the way through which you become one with the divine or the energy or the power that has created you. It is the process through which you feel relaxed from all the worries and thoughts of your mind. Doing meditation is very beneficial for your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual growth.
There are many groups and organizations in every city and country to give you knowledge about meditation. I am following “Sahaja Yoga Meditation”. It is invented by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi on the 5th May, 1970.
The term Sahaja Yoga refers to as Sahaja (=Spontaneous) Yoga (=Union with the Self). Sahaja Yoga is a unique method of meditation that is based on an experience called Self Realization (or Kundalini awakening) which can occur within every human being.
Through this process, the inner transformation takes place; in result; one becomes moral, united, integrated and balanced. This process takes 5 minutes to happen and it is absolutely free of cost. You can also do it either by watching online video by H.H. Shri Mata Ji Nirmala Devi or by visiting nearby Sahaja Yoga Center. Sahaja Yoga centers have opened in various countries of the world.

By awakening your Kundalini, you can clear your all the chakras or energy centers by using various clearing techniques. By doing 10 minutes of meditation in the morning and evening, you can energies your chakras, thus, can increase positive energy within you and get rid of all the physical, mental, emotional problems.
